Installs application on either existing hardware or hardware provided by company or Client
Plans and conducts on-site customer training for system administrators and end-users.
Assists the customer through the go-live phase with the new system.
Provides phone technical support when not involved in an on-site installation project.
Performs other collateral duties that may include new product testing, quality assurance, hardware testing, documentation, and the design or modification of customer training programs.
Participates in the implementation of software systems packages including operating systems, data communication, data management, and other software systems.
Participates in the diagnosis of selected system problems.
Assists in the monitoring of computer system resources.
Conducts on-site surveys and prepares the corresponding assessment reports.
Comupter Engineering or equivalent
Min. of 5 years of experience with Microsoft Infrastructure
MCSE
Good communication and reporting skills
Good level of English and Arabic languages
Ability to take trips 50% of the time
